Tony Giles – Australian, resides Adelaide
Tony is the Founder and Managing Director of AWDS Group which was established in 1988 and has over 35 years of experience in Third Party Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In addition, Tony is a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Logistics Association of Australia Pty Ltd and is also a former board member of the Port Adelaide Football Club.
His sporting career includes 10 years of senior Australian Rules Football from 1975 until 1984. During his career, Tony was an 8 time state representative and was selected as an All Australian in 1983 and is a Life Member of the Port Adelaide Football Club.
Ash Smith – Australian, resides Florida
Graduating from Scotch College Adelaide in 2003, Ash was inspired by his brother’s success in securing a Golf Scholarship over ten years ago. Ash entered the industry of Athlete Career Development in 2007.
Having successfully acquired sport scholarships for student athletes around the world, Ash has been fortunate to extensively research Athlete Career Development pathways worldwide since 2011. Ash has shared rare time with officials of the United Nations, SportAccord, International Olympic Committee and NCAA working closely on Athlete Career Development.
Ash oversees brand strategy, development and direction which includes the maintaining of company integrity in dealing with its Clients and Coaches. Ash is the CEO of adlife inc, a Florida non-profit developing an international education scholarship fund to provide elite athletes with an online education.
Chris Shee – Swiss/Australian, resides Montreal
Chris is a dual citizen of Switzerland and Australia and took his schooling in both countries. Chris attended Middle School Des Grande-Coomunes in Geneva and graduated from Oakbank Area School in the Adelaide Hills.
Chris has ten years experience in relationship management and business development through various roles. Chris represented the SASI Basketball team in 99/00 on tour to North America and Spain. On tour, Chris competed against NCAA Division II colleges, Real Madrid and Barcelona youth teams. From 2003-2005 Chris also represented the North Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL.
Chris has been critical in the acquisition of over US$4.5 million in four year athletic aid for AD Alumni. Chris speaks fluent French and has been pivotal in the growth of Athletes Dream into Europe.
Deidre Fischer – Australian, resides Internationally (Beijing, China for now)
Deidre is an experienced international school head and administrator and is now owner of her own company, DF Education (www.deidrefischer.com.au). Her current work in schools ranges from helping schools document and articulate their curriculum, developing belief statements about effective teaching, developing/documenting teaching practices aligned with mission/vision, conducting organisational audits/reviews, leadership training, and board governance training.
Deidre has presented at EARCOS Leadership (and Teacher) Conferences that have focused on building organisational capacity from within, fostering diversity and inclusive practices within schools, and nurturing women in leadership. Deidre believes in ensuring that schools foster the potential of all those within the community.
Casey Snodgrass – Australian, resides Adelaide
Physiological Development Specialist
Casey attended Scotch College in his hometown of Adelaide, South Australia before accepting a Scholarship to Pacific University in Portland, Oregon in 2013. Casey graduated cum laude in 2016, acquiring his BS in Integrated Physiology. Among a long list of achievements, Casey utilized his incredible strength at a young age to represent Australia in Olympic Weightlifting at the 2008 Youth Commonwealth Games in India.
After competing and succeeding in strength sports (Australia’s Strongest Man), Casey dedicated his focus to playing American college football. He was able to accomplish this dream at Pacific University as a Defensive Lineman. Casey’s personal philosophy includes helping others adapt and condition their bodies to achieve any task, while maintaining structural integrity and using the best biomechanics possible.
With the development of Advantage,, Casey is an essential asset in the AD family and through correct philosophy, education and adaptation principles he will help many student athletes realize and live their dream.
Kevin Brooke – North American, resides Yokohama, Japan
College Liaison Officer
Originally from the Nebraska in the United States of America., Kevin has lived and worked in Japan for over 18 years and is the founder of NBES, an Osaka based independent sales consulting company with a strong client portfolio that includes The United States Forces Japan (USFJ) as well as many prestigious international schools throughout Japan and Asia.
Prior to founding NBES, Kevin worked in the Global Affairs & Marketing divisions of Panasonic Japan and as a licensed Educator, was an Physical Education Specialist and Athletic Director at International Schools in Japan and China. Kevin also worked as a personal trainer for weight loss, strength training, and fitness. Kevin’s passion for fitness and sports was the catalyst for the formation of NBES which originally started as a supplier of athletic, fitness, training and recreational equipment to international schools in Asia, since expanding into different products and clients from there.
Bradley Moore – Australian, resides Melbourne
College Liaison Officer
Majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Business, Bradley has recently graduated from College in North America, and had a successful time Swimming as a College Athlete. He swam his first 2 years at Union College, an NAIA University located in Barbourville, Kentucky where he won 2 National Medals in the 500yd & 1650yd Freestyle and was also named All-American. Bradley then transferred to Limestone College, an NCAA Division II University located in Gaffney, South Carolina to complete his College Swimming career. Prior to Bradley’s College Swimming career he was an Australian National Medalist in the 10km Open Water Championships and was also a member of the Western Jets Development Squad for Australian Rules Football.
James Marlor – Argentinian/Australian, resides Buenos Aires

Born in Hobart, Tasmania and raised in Armidale, New South Wales. James Attended The Armidale School (TAS) and Studied Sport Management through Curtin’s Open University. James has been actively involved in several areas of sport such as cricket, soccer, rugby and golf to name a few. James has represented Australia as part of the Deaf Wallabies. Currently living and running his own business (Jambie’s Gym – Facebook) as a personal trainer in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
